江西农业大学食药用菌科研团队成立于2018年,团队依托江西农业大学生物科学与工程学院、江西省菌物资源保护与利用重点实验室以及江西农业大学食药用菌工程技术研究中心,主要研究方向包括:1)菌物资源资源、系统分类及生态:调查收集子囊菌、担子菌、黏菌等菌物资源,并进行形态和分子系统分类,构建种质资源库,并揭示其分布、多样性、与宿主关系等生态学规律。2)食药用菌育种、栽培、驯化与采后加工:驯化野生食药用菌,培育适合不同环境和栽培需求的优质食药用菌品种;研发以不同培养料和栽培模式栽培食药用菌的新方法;研发食用菌新产品。3)真菌代谢产物及高效功能基因发掘与利用:发掘可以用于杀虫、抗菌、抗肿瘤等真菌代谢产物及其高效基因。

团队现有教师6名,其中6人具有博士学位,1人硕士毕业。团队成员平均年龄34岁,年轻有活力;分别毕业于中国科学院、中国地质大学、南京师范大学、法国蒙彼利埃大学大学等,学缘结构合理。课题组与加拿大麦克马斯特大学、泰国皇太后大学、中科院微生物所长期合作,学术氛围浓厚。

课题组有独立且较完善的实验平台,实验用房400多平方米,拥有尼康复合荧光显微镜、解剖镜、PCR仪、凝胶成像仪、微量核酸分析仪、离心机、大容量高压灭菌锅、超净工作台、超低温冰箱、之外分光光度计等仪器设备。

课题组初步构建了江西省真菌种质资源库,保藏菌株4000多株,干标本600余份。发表论文200余篇,其中SCI论文40多篇。




胡殿明,男,副教授,博士(后),硕士生导师,食药用菌科研团队负责人,江西农业大学食药用菌工程技术研究中心主任,江西省菌物资源保护与利用重点实验室副主任;江西农业大学第五批“未来之星”人选;江西省委组织部2017年“百人远航工程”人选;泰国皇太后大学(Mae Fah Luang University)外聘博士生导师;中国菌物学会终身会员及水生真菌专业委员会委员,江西省菌物学会副秘书长;主要从事真菌学研究,包括真菌资源、系统分类、遗传进化与育种以及食药用菌栽培、采后加工与代谢产物研究等。

发表学术论文50多篇,其中SCI论文25篇,一区SCI论文3篇,其中两篇影响因子大于8;参编著作2部。主持国家自然科学基金2项,江西省重点项目2项,江西省教育厅自然科学基金1项;以主要执行人参与国家基金重大项目子课题1项,参与国家自然科学基金2项,省部级课题2项。申请国家发明专利5项。

2006年开始从事高校教学与科研工作,主讲《食用菌学》、《微生物学》、《分子生物学》、《微生物资源开发与利用》等多门本科课程,累教授5000余课时,授课对象3000多人;指导本科生毕业论文81篇。主持完成1项教学质量工程项目,1项省级教改课题;省级精品课程《微生物学》负责人;2019年获江西农业大学教学成果奖二等奖1项,排名第一;在省校级教学竞赛中多次获奖。以第一指导教师指导学生参加“互联网+”创业大赛荣获省级铜奖1项;指导学生获批大学生创新创业项目立项14项,其中国家级项目2项。



翟志军,男,博士,讲师。主要从事微生物资源的发掘和其代谢产物等方面的研究。主持江西省自然科学基金和教育厅项目各1项,参与国家自然科学基金2项,发表论文10篇。



陈明辉,男,1979年2月生,硕士学历,讲师。主要从事食用菌的栽培和驯化研究。



周健平,男,1991年1月生,博士学历,讲师。主要从事微生物资源的开发和其参与生物地球化学循环等方面的研究。参与国家自然科学基金2项,发表SCI论文3篇。



高扬,男,1990年8月生,讲师,理学博士,食药用菌科研团队成员,主要从事黏菌分类学、分子系统学、生态学、生物多样性研究。以第一作者发表学术论文6篇,其中SCI论文4篇。

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Prof. El Sheikha is a specialist in Molecular Biology, Traceability, Food Safety, etc. PhD in Biotechnology-Microbiology, University Montpellier 2, France. All academic degrees equivalent to their counterparts in Canada. Two post-docs [CIRAD, France (2011); Halal Products Research Institute, Malaysia (2012-2013)].

20 year of experience as Deputy Leader, Coordinator and Researcher in several international projects (e.g., Canadian Project “NSERC-CRD-474638-14”; European Projects“EDES”, “FSP 2006-43”, Innovkar “No. INCO-CT-032037”, Trace and HEEPF “Higher Education Enhancement Project Fund” 2004-2006). 14 year of experience in higher education as Assistant, Assistant Lecturer, Lecturer, Assistant Professor and Professor in many countries worldwide. Also, supervisor of Academic Programs BSc, MSc, PhD. Recently, Prof. El Sheikha visited the University of Ottawa (uOttawa) at Canada as a Visiting Professor to establish the scientific cooperation between the University of Ottawa (uOttawa) and Jiangxi Agricultural University (JAXU).

Most Significant Contributions: - Invented a novel molecular diagnostic method for detecting and identifying pathogenic Candida species. This patent opens up new avenues to such as the differentiation between drug-resistant and drug-sensitive strains of infectious fungi within the same species (US Patent No. US 62/696, 096); - Developed molecular techniques for ensuring the compliance with the Food and Drugs Act and Regulations and other relevant food legislation. These developed techniques used to implement an innovative traceability system that provides unique genetic fingerprints (Biological Barcodes) for foods, woods, insect pests, etc. Also, opened up new avenues to understand the dynamics of microbial, including fungal populations linking to mycotoxins and wood biodeterioration. - Helped establishing seven research laboratories in different disciplines in China, France and Benin. - Winner of numerous international prizes and granted trophy of Agriculture Faculty, UPM, Malaysia. – Published more than 80 publications in international reviews (e.g., Books, Chapters, Articles, Proceedings, etc.) with a total [Accumulated Impact Factor: 90.139; Accumulated Citations: 845; h-index: 18].
