彭棋，男，博士，副教授。 2023年1月引进至江西农业大学生物科学与工程学院制药工程教研室从事教学科研工作。主持国家及省部级项目4项。近年来以第一作者或通讯作者（含共同）在Nature Communications、Journal of Virology和Veterinary Microbiology等期刊发表科研论文10余篇。
